By creating, signing, or otherwise interacting with a petition on OpenPetition, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Petition Content

Petitions must be factual, respectful, and lawful. We do not permit content that is false, defamatory, hateful, or that violates the rights of others. All petitions are subject to review before publication and may be rejected or removed at our discretion.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating a petition or adding your signature, including your name, email address, and any other details submitted.

4. Signatures

Signatures are verified and counted only once per petition per person. Attempting to sign a petition multiple times under different identities, or through automated means, is prohibited.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
